Dr. Tae Hoon Kim has been promoted from a Research Associate to Assistant Professor with the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Biology at Michigan State University.
Dr. Kim received his Ph.D. in the Department of Pharmacology, College of Medicine at Chung-Ang University, South Korea. After his Post-Doctoral training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, he joined the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Biology at Michigan State University in 2010. His research involves investigating the molecular mechanisms regulating normal uterine physiology, as well as molecular causes of uterine cancer. He has extensive experience with research of the development and analysis of genetically-engineered mice to investigate uterine biology. His expertise will greatly contribute to the Department's research mission to understand the molecular mechanism and to develop new therapeutic approaches in women’s diseases.
