The College of Human Medicine, Dr. Lee Anne Roman and her team are recognized for their masterful communication execution of a depression screening tool "Depression in Pregnancy Among Medicaid-Insured Women." Geri Kelly accepted the award on March 30th, at the 2017 National Professional Development Conference for Institiutional Achievement - Awards for Excellence Ceremony.

Dr. Sascha Drewlo joins us from Wayne State University School of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology on May 15th, 2017. The goal of Dr. Drewlo's research is to close the gap between the diagnosis of placental dysfunction and its treatment. Please join us in welcoming Dr. Drewlo.

Kelly Strutz, Ph.D, Is Appointed Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Biology.

Dr. Kelly Strutz joins us from the Department of Public Health at Grand Valley State University on March 6th, 2017. Dr. Strutz comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience in Maternal and Child Health and Epidemiolgy, and will be working closely with Dr. Lee Anne Roman and Dr. Cristian Meghea on current health services research projects.
